Property Information
When creating and completing a Kousso home profile, we allow users to input and upload information about a specific property including physical address, documents, photos, material types, appliances, mortgage information, and other materials related to a residence. Kousso will suggest entering information commonly associated with a property and also allows entry of custom attributes at the user’s discretion. It is your responsibility to obtain permission to upload or enter any information owned by any third party.

When you create a Kousso account, we collect and store your identification information in order to identify you and retrieve your information in the future. We also allow you to enter property information to create an organization and data management service for you to easily retrieve entered property information as desired in the future.
Providing recommendations
We also use your provided property information to generate suggestions and inferences based on common industry knowledge and best practices to aid in general home management and planning.
Communicating with you
We utilize the contact information you provide us to communicate with you about our services. This includes notifications about your subscriptions and account as well as home management reminders.

When sharing information with authorized partners, we do not share personal identification information or property identification information so that shared information may not reasonably be used to identify you.

When using Kousso services, we may provide you with controls regarding our collection and use of personal account information, subscriptions, and communications. You will also have access to all property information that you have previously provided for a Kousso home profile and may add, update, or remove this property information from the profile.
You have the right to know what information about you we have stored, update the information about you we have stored, have us delete the information we have about you, or to opt out of future contact from us. We retain personal data if reasonably necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, defend our rights, or maintain security.
Protecting gathered or provided information
